Tŷ Cornerstone was founded by a foster carer and national health and social care professional, frustrated by the gap between what carers are asked to do, what they need to do, and the tools they're actually given. Everything we build comes from lived experience and is shaped by carers who are in it right now, because the best solutions come from the people closest to the problem.
