I am a new author, wife of 13 years, crotician (I crochet!), and proud mom of 2 incredible kids. I’m normally the queen of game nights (because I usually win) and I have a passion for crocheting & taking spontaneous day trips.

The Girl, Stop book is my debut book-born from my own journey of healing, reflection, and choosing myself after years of playing the background. What began as one book is quickly becoming a calling. I am now building the Girl, Stop Empowerment Series along with the OPD (One Page Drop series)—a bold and relatable collection created for women learning to reclaim their voices, set unapologetic boundaries, and live with purpose. When I’m not writing, you can probably find me turning yarn into something magical, or soaking up the little moments that make life feel like home.
