Thank you for shopping with Urban Chapters Club. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.

Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Physical Products

All physical products are made to order. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Accidental orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to resolve the problem.

On-Hand Physical Products

For ready-to-ship items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or sent to production.
