Made-to-Order Products

Physical items are made to order.

Please allow:

• 2–7 business days for production
• Additional time for shipping depending on your location

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders for ready-to-ship products are processed within 1–3 business days.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or displayed as a flat rate depending on the product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Postal carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

However, we will always do our best to assist if an issue arises.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist you.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first.
