Unless said otherwise in the product description, I ship all orders with Correos España, which is currently the most affordable option we have here at the moment.

I mainly ship via Correos Ordinary Mail which doesn't come with tracking, because it's the cheaper option. I’m not responsible for any losses occurred to parcels shipped without a tracking number, please understand that without tracking I have no way to know where your order is. If you want to purchase an item and you'd like to upgrade to Correos Certified Mail, which comes with a tracking number, please contact me before placing the order and factor in an increase in costs.

After shipment, orders may take up to:

☞ Spain: 3-5 business days.

☞ Europe: 1-2 weeks.

☞ United States: 2-5 weeks.

☞ Everywhere else: 2-7 weeks.

Do keep in mind that once I’ve shipped your order, I have no longer any control over it. 

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 5-7 days.

I usually go to the mail office once every two weeks.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Unfortunately returns and refunds aren’t really an option with the products I’m selling. If there’s an error and it was my mistake, I will 100% do my best to try to resolve the issue. It’s just me doing this and I’m only human 🙂
