Teya Brooks Pribac, PhD, is a scholar and multidisciplinary artist, living in the Australian Blue Mountains with sheep and other animals. She has written a number of articles and two Nautilus award winning books Enter the Animal and Letters to My Sheep as well as the recipe collection Not Just Another Vegan Cookbook.

In 2024 she started PlantInspired, a plant-based cooking project that utilises profits to teach plant-based cooking to vulnerable members of the community.
