By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any part of our website or products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

All products are delivered electronically.
No physical goods are currently sold unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Purchases & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency and may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
By purchasing a product, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the full purchase amount.
VolleyForce does not store full payment card details.
We reserve the right to:

- suspend access in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, or misuse.
4. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are generally delivered immediately after successful payment.
Delivery may occur through:

- protected content areas;
- third-party hosting platforms.
It is your responsibility to:
- provide a valid email address;
- maintain internet access;
- ensure compatibility with your devices/software;
- save downloaded files where applicable.
VolleyForce is not responsible for failures caused by:
- incorrect user information;
- spam filters;
- device incompatibility;
- internet disruptions;
- third-party platform outages.
5. Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, viewed, or delivered, refunds, returns, or exchanges are typically not possible.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be “returned” once access has been granted.
However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where:
- duplicate purchases occurred;
- technical issues prevent access;
- required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Any refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase by contacting us directly.
Refund abuse, excessive refund requests, chargeback threats, or fraudulent claims may result in permanent suspension from our platform.
6. No Guaranteed Results
VolleyForce does not guarantee:
- athletic performance improvements;
- physical transformation;
- injury prevention;
- team success;
- scholarships;
- professional contracts;
- financial results;
- coaching outcomes.
Results vary between individuals based on many factors including effort, consistency, genetics, training history, recovery, nutrition, and overall health.
Any testimonials or examples shown on the website are illustrative only.
7. Health & Exercise Warning
Participation in strength training, conditioning, plyometrics, volleyball training, and athletic performance activities involves inherent physical risks.
By using our products, you acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any training program.
You agree that:
- you participate at your own risk;
- you are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition;
- you will stop exercising if pain or abnormal symptoms occur.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and within our products is protected by intellectual property laws.
This includes but is not limited to:
- training systems;

any VolleyForce content without prior written permission.
Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive personal-use license only.
Sharing login credentials or purchased files with others is strictly prohibited.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- upload malicious software;

If such services are introduced, additional subscription terms and billing policies may apply and will be presented separately before purchase.
