Narnation relies solely on Canada Post for shipping because its the lowest cost option. This ensures your Narnian treasures arrive safely without costing more than it needs to. Canada Post is still experiencing rotating strikes — which means shipping is back on, but it may slower than usual.
So the Narnation shipping elves (aka: me, myself & I) are in action!
Here’s the deal, Narnians:
👉 Orders will still ship out as quickly as possible on my end, but please allow a few extra days for transit depending on where you are. (Some regions may move faster than others — it’s a bit of a postal roulette right now. 🤷♀️)
👉 Local pickup is still available if you’d rather skip the postal plot twists altogether.
👉 Got a time-sensitive order? Slide into my DMs before ordering and we’ll cook up a courier plan together.
I’m watching this circus and I’ll keep y’all posted as it continues to unfold. Thanks for rolling with it Narnation Fam — we always find a way. 💪✨

I have made the difficult decision to pause shipping to the US until trade issues are resolved and there is a clear path forward. If you see something you like, you can still create an account and add it to your wish list!

Each handmade item is packed with love and typically ships within 3–5 business days. Once it’s in the mail, delivery times depend on Canada Post (usually 3–9 business days). If a product is made to order, it will be noted in the product listing and include an estimated timeframe to fulfill and ship your order.

I use flat rate shipping based on the type of product (not your location), which helps keep things simple and fair — for both of us!
Each item is grouped by its “creative stream” (like jelly roll rugs, mandalas, or wearable accessories), and I’ve calculated the shipping based on average weight, size, and packaging for that category. You’ll see shipping costs clearly at checkout — no surprises.

Due to the handmade nature of my work, I don’t typically accept returns or exchanges. That said, I always want you to love what you receive. If something feels off or arrives damaged, just reach out — I’ll make it right, promise.
You can also check out the full Returns & Refunds Policy for all the nitty-gritty.

Narnians are kind — and I believe in making things right. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, reach out and I’ll fix it however I can. I want you to feel good about your purchase (and the person behind it).

Yes! Every item in the shop is lovingly handmade by me — no mass production here! That means each piece is one-of-a-kind and may have some perfectly imperfect character.
-
Heck yes—some of them are! But only the background, never the product itself. 🌈✨
Here’s the real tea: my handmade creations are 1000% real and fabulous. My floors? Not so much. So when you see my jelly roll rugs basking in a dreamy sunlit room or an upcycled bag styled like it wandered into a magazine shoot, just know it’s Canva magic helping the background catch up to the beauty of the piece—not the other way around. The product you see is exactly the product you'll receive—no filters, no fakery, just a little staging sorcery.
Welcome to Narnation, where the vibes are curated but the craftsmanship is the real deal.

Short answer: Yup. Long answer: Yuuuuup.
Here’s the scoop — I use templates that I have sketched out, but what I create with them? It’s like snowflakes, denim dreams, and mandala magic — no two are ever the same.
Whether it’s a bag made from upcycled materials, a freehand dot mandala painted and layered one dot at time, or a jelly roll rug crafted from thrifted fabric and cut by hand into strips, I design with both intention and chaos, and play with what I've rescued and inspires me. That means your item isn’t just handmade — it’s unrepeatable.
Now, if I’ve used pre-cut jelly rolls or certain bulk fabrics, those creations might have a sibling or two out there in the wild — but I always indicate that in the listing.
So when I say one-of-a-kind, I mean it. Not just “technically different” — truly one-of-a-kind in spirit, materials, and vibe.

This varies by the product and any requested customizations. Where an item is made to order, it will be noted in the product listing and include an estimated timeframe to fulfill and ship your order.
-
Care instructions are always included with your purchase — so don’t worry! I’ll tell you everything you need to know to keep your piece looking fab for the long haul.
-
Once your order goes through, you’ll get an email with your download link — easy peasy! You can also log into your account and access it anytime under your purchase history. If nothing shows up after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder (they’re sneaky like that). Still nothing? Just holler.

Absolutely! You can sell physical handmade items you’ve created using my digital patterns — woohoo! I just ask that you credit What in Narnation as the designer when you do.
A few important things:
- Patterns are for personal use only — please don’t share, resell, or upload the files to print-on-demand sites.
- Mass production isn’t permitted.
- Let’s keep the handmade magic alive and respect the effort that goes into each design. 💖
