Due to the handmade and digital nature of the items in this shop, all sales are final — I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said…

🛠 If Something's Gone Sideways…

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item by mistake (oops!), you’ve got 7 days from delivery to let me know. Just head over to the Contact Us page and fill out the form — I’ll get back to you by email.

You can send me the full details and a photo so I can see what you’re seeing — that helps me help you faster. I’ll always do my best to make it right if the mix-up is on my end.

📦 Order Accuracy Tips

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — once it ships, it’s out of my hands (and into the hands of the Canada Post matrix).
• Take a peek at the listing details and your order form to be sure you’ve selected the right options before you submit.
