Hi, I'm William McCreedy, founder of Willyz Academy & Cadetship. My mission is to make New Zealand's heavy transport licensing pathway easier to understand through practical, easy-to-follow resources. As Willyz Academy grows, my vision is to build a library of practical resources and, in time, embrace innovative training methods that help bridge the gap between learning and the real world of heavy transport.
We're proud to announce that Willyz Academy & Cadetship is now a registered supplier with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD).
This means we can now work with eligible MSD clients and Cadets who are looking to build their pathway into the New Zealand heavy transport industry and beyond.
Our goal is to provide practical, personalised guidance that helps Cadets develop the knowledge, confidence and direction they need to take their next step toward employment and career progression.

Your Case Manager can discuss your circumstances, determine whether our services may be suitable for you, and advise whether funding may be available.
