Raised 4 kids alone. Same dad, no child support. I worked through it all.

Now I'm in my 60s. Still working.

Please know that You are not lazy. You are not broken. You are doing the best you can with a body that has been through a lot. I offer simple products & solutions for Women 50+ just navigating life same as I am.

What makes my products different is that I am offering solutions, not only from research, but also from a place of pain. I have real life experiences, been there, done that.
