About Me:

Heya! I go by Zeffyr and I run an avatar business for VRChat. I have a 5 years of experience in 3d modeling & kit bashing. I am familiar with programs such as Blender, Unity, & Substance Painter. I use all 3 to make the models & assets you see through out my shop! I have a love for fantasy themes but I enjoy exploring other genres as well.

I am also capable of setting up Face tracking on a model. If you're wanting simple edits or are looking for a model to use feel free to contact me or look through my shop.

Services:

• Scratch work (eg. Clothing, Accessories, Shoes, Hair, Pets, Props, & Weapons)
• Avatar Edits (eg. Editing textures/materials, adding toggles, optimization, adding simple props, etc.)
• Texturing (eg. Outfit texture, Simple Tattoos, Body markings/scarring, etc.)
• Face Tracking Add-ons (eg. Editing pre-existing FT shapekeys are adding completely new ones)

🔴I can't provide🔴

• NSFW add-ons (I can work with NSFW bases, but you'll have to add those 'features' yourself)
• Full scratch bases or heads (I'm studying to change this in the coming year!)
• Extreme gore or violence ('costume' is allowed. eg. a Halloween themed outfit of a zombie)

Price Range:

Scratch work: 25 - 500$ USD

• Price ranges depending on amount of assets & complexity
• Cheaper prices can be negotiated in exchange that I get perms to sell the asset on my shop.

Kit bashing & Edits: 25 - 250$ USD

• Price ranges depending on amount of hours it takes to complete (I charge 25$ per hour)
• This does not include costs of assets. Please take into consideration that you may have to buy 2 copies of the assets you want if I don't already own it.

Full avatar: 350 - 800$ USD

• Price ranges depending on amount/complexity of scratch work and overall time the avatar takes to make.
• Price range can be lowered if kitbashed assets are used instead of scratch work.
• Includes 3D modelling, Rigging, Texturing, & Unity set up of a fully complete avatar.

Times Estimate:

Scratch work: 1 - 6 weeks

Kit bashing: 2 - 7 weeks

Full avatar: 4 - 8 weeks

How do I get started?

1. First things first, I'll need you to provide me with picture/video references. Please take some time before-hand to put together some ideas as this will best direct me when planning your commission.
2. Reach out to me via my tickets system in my discord server. Navigate to the channel titled 'open ticket here' to get started.
3. After I take some time to evaluate the amount of time/work the commission will take, I will send you an estimate along with a list of the services I will provide.
4. Once confirmed, you're all set to go!

General Info

Pricing & Payment:

• Commercial license will always cost an extra +50% of the base price.
• If your commission exceeds a price of 150$, I will charge you 30 - 50% of the estimate before I begin as a down payment.
• You can cancel a commission 10 days after it has begun and receive a 100% refund of the down payment.
• If you cancel after 10 days and before it is half completed, I will return 50% of the down payment.
• If you cancel a commission after the half-way point of its completion, I will not return the down payment fee. I also retain all rights to the project. (asset or avatar)

Other:

• I have the right to refuse to do your commission if it is not something I feel comfortable making.
• I have a list of body & head bases that I own on my discord server. You can feel free to choose any of these for your commissions as a base (you will have to make sure you have your own license as well)
• I am a single person working as a freelancing artist! While I will always do my best to complete your commission by the expected due date I may get delayed by emergencies or illness. I will always communicate with the customer if any delay may happen.
• If you are planning on using a full avatar commission for livestreaming/vtubing please let me know ahead of time.
• I always livestream my commissions! If you do not want your commission to be on my livestreams please discuss this with me in advance. I livestream every Thursday from 1 - 4 est.
