Avatars
- 🌟 Purchasing a model from Zeffyr's Fantasia grants you a personal-use license. This means that any of the content provided in the avatar's ZIP file cannot be redistributed (freely or commercially) to anyone else except yourself.
- 🌟 The only exception to this rule applies to 'Couple Bundles' where the ownership of the package can be shared between up to 2 registered individuals. Once the purchase has been made, the ownership can no longer be transferred unless you have explicit permission from Zeffyr.
- 🌟Avatar files may not be shared with commissioners/editors unless permission has been explicitly granted or the commissioner also owns the avatar.
- 🌟 You may not claim Zeffyr’s models, character designs, or assets as your own work, even if heavily edited.
- 🌟 You are more than welcome to create edits of my avatars and assets. If you publicly showcase heavily edited versions of my work, please credit the original avatar/asset appropriately.
- 🌟 If you already own a license to the original body base or head base, my personally edited bases, faces, and custom-made tattoos may be reused for private/personal projects only. They may not be reused for commercial, public, or freely distributed projects.
- 🌟 In most cases, Zeffyr allows purchasers to reuse her own scratch made assets on models. However, this is only for personal projects. They cannot be used publicly or commercially unless explicit permission has been given to the individual. Rules may vary so please read each products description for the difference in rules.
- 🌟 Certain commissioned or character-exclusive assets are exempt from the reuse permissions above.
- 🌟 Customers are responsible for following the terms of use of all third-party assets included in Zeffyr’s avatars. Assets that require separate purchase for reuse may not be reused outside of the purchased avatar.
- 🌟 All models are made for VRChat's platform. If you'd like to use the model for streaming, or any other platform you have permission to convert them yourselves as long as you adhere to all of the other rules in my TOS.
- 🌟 While it is not necessary, crediting my socials if you use one of my avatars for social media content is very much appreciated.
- 🌟 By purchasing or using Zeffyr’s content, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- 🌟 Due to the nature of digital goods, Zeffyr will not provide any refunds of her models or assets.
Assets
- 🌟 Commercial assets may be used in personal and commercial projects. They cannot be redistributed on public/free avatars or projects.
- 🌟 Free Assets are free to be used commercially, publicly, and personally. You cannot redistribute the asset alone. It must be contained on a fully completed avatar project in order to be shared,
- 🌟 Nitro assets are free to be used commercially, personally, and on public models. If you would like to use Nitro assets on free avatars/models, please contact me through a Discord support ticket first.
- 🌟 All assets must be credited when being redistributed on a complete model. (Please link back to my shop!)
- 🌟 You cannot claim any of my assets as your own. No matter how much you edit it.
- 🌟 As with avatars, please read through each individual TOS as some may vary.
