Zeffyr's avatars all come with instructions upon purchase. You'll need to download them along with the unity package after checkout.

Unfortunately, my busy schedule restrains me from being able to offer help beyond avatar uploads.

For avatars, I cannot assist you if you have edited the model and this has caused the model to break.

For assets, it is required that you have enough knowledge of Blender & Unity so that you can set it up on your own.

In the case of any bugs that are on the unedited version of my assets/avatars, I always offer free patch updates. So don't be shy to let me know if you encounter anything!

Due to the nature of digital goods, Zeffyr will not provide any refunds of her models or assets.

If you run into any issues that are preventing you from uploading the avatar, please contact me in my server. I can always provide an upload for you as a quick fix.
