ZenWarriorCoaching was created after I finally healed myself from my own childhood traumas.

Raised by Narcissistic Parents who had no regard for human life, I endured a life of physical, mental, emotional, verbal, sexual and financial abuse.

Refusing to acknowledge the turmoils of my childhood, lead me to recreating the dynamic as an adult and I ended up marrying a Narcissist with the same views as my parents because it was what I knew, their behaviors were comfortable until they weren't!

After my spiritual awakening, I realized that I continued these relationships because I had no idea who I was.

I had no foundation in who I believed me to be, I had no dreams, no visions for myself and therefore I was constantly breakable.

If I wanted to end this cycle, I realized that I had to figure out who I was,

I had to create an unbreakable foundation within.

Now that I have healed myself; I have attracted the relationships I have always desired.

I am attracting the life I always knew I was worthy of, I just didnt know how.
