We have machines that can sew most types of materials, including denim, canvas, and leather. We accept upholstery material, pet bed covers, leather jackets, quilts, and the list is endless.

If you're unsure, please let us know and we'd be happy to discuss the details with you.

The clothing you send in doesn't have to be freshly washed but please do not send any items with obviously overpowering smells and stains 

I will take as much as possible to retain smells of loved ones within the clothing but cant guarantee 

 The more worn out an item is the less likely the final keepsake is to be durable. If it is really falling apart and I think it will have a real impact on the final product I will get in touch to discuss whether or not we go ahead or use a different item.

Please send us your clothing as intact as possible, there is no necessity to pre-cut clothing as this may effect the design of the final product.

Once I have received the clothes from you, I aim to get the chosen keepsake / items back to you within approximately 8- 12 weeks

If there is a specific date you need the item by then put a note of it in the special notes box at check out, 

if within the approx turnaround time of 8- 12 weeks I will try my best to get back to you for this time.

Please be realistic about the time-frame, these are very bespoke 

Yes, we will happily return the remnants back to you. Any full items of clothing not used for your keepsake will be sent back to you also. If you have sent loads more items of clothing than requested we may have to change you for extra shipping, as this will increase the return shipping cost.

Memorial keepsakes are NOT toys and are for display purposes only. Please treat them with care.

Because your keepsakes are made from your precious clothing, they can not be submitted for testing that is required for safety standards for toys. They may also contain items that could be a choking hazard (buttons, safety eyes, etc. depending on your chosen design).

While we take every precaution to make your keepsakes as safe as possible, please note that they are sold as keepsakes, and NOT toys. They are NOT suitable for play and are for display purposes only. They should NOT be left alone with children under 12.

Due to the custom nature of your project, we cannot accept items back unless they are actually faulty. Due to items being personalized and made to order from clothing you proved no returns or refunds can be accepted,

Please note that there is a wide variation in how the keepsakes come out, due to the very different natures of the fabrics I receive and the final item may well not look exactly like the pictures on our product pages.
