EQUIPMENT NOTE:

All items listed under both the Live Technical Rider and the DJ Technical Rider are personal equipment owned and transported by the artist. Depending on the nature of the booking, either as a Live Act or DJ Set, the appropriate setup will be brought to the venue accordingly. However, the promoter must ensure that all required technical infrastructure (sound system, stage setup, power, and other venue-specific conditions) is fully prepared to accommodate the artist’s equipment and performance needs.

HOSPITALITY RIDER

01. IMPORTANT NOTES (ALL SHOWS)

REQUIRED

● This Hospitality Rider forms an integral and binding part of the performance agreement. All items marked as REQUIRED must be fulfilled in full.

CONDITIONS

● Items marked as PREFERRED must be provided whenever possible and are considered standard comfort conditions, not optional preferences.

● If any requirement cannot be met, the promoter must contact artist management prior to the event for written approval of any substitution.

● All substitutions must be of equal or superior standard and require prior written approval from artist management.

● Failure to comply with REQUIRED items may impact performance readiness and/or require operational adjustments.

02. BEVERAGES (BACKSTAGE / STAGE)

REQUIRED

● Still mineral water (room temperature and chilled), minimum 6 bottles, glass preferred

● Herbal tea selection (chamomile, mint, and other non-caffeinated options)

● Fresh ice available on request (food-grade and clean)

● Reusable or glass drinking vessels only (single-use plastic strongly discouraged)

03. FOOD (BACKSTAGE / PRE-SHOW)

REQUIRED

● One healthy, freshly prepared, light pre-show meal based on vegetables, whole grains, and olive oil, with fresh salads and plant-based options available, including guaranteed gluten-free and dairy-free alternatives.

DIETARY REQUIREMENT (STRICT)

● The artist is dairy intolerant (CMPA). Therefore, no milk, cheese, butter, cream, or any dairy-based ingredients are permitted in any prepared meals, and all reasonable care must be taken to avoid cross-contamination.

04. BACKSTAGE ROOM

REQUIRED

● Private, clean, secure backstage room exclusively for artist use

● Air conditioning with adjustable temperature control (recommended 20–22°C)

● Proper ventilation

● Adequate lighting

● Comfortable seating (sofa or equivalent)

● Table surface for personal items and equipment

● Accessible power outlets

● Waste bin with liner

● Private restroom nearby or within backstage area

● The promoter agrees to provide all necessary supporting documentation for visa and travel applications when required, while acknowledging that visa approval remains solely subject to the discretion of the relevant local authorities.

● By confirming this booking, the promoter agrees to all terms outlined in this Hospitality Rider and acknowledges full responsibility for compliance. Any deviation from this document must be approved in writing by artist management prior to the event, and all substitutions must meet equal or superior standards.
