About Me

Hi, I'm Anna, a Yoga and Pilates teacher with years of experience leading both online and in-person classes in English, Czech, and German.


Over the years, I've worked with everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. This has taught me that we don't usually struggle because we don't know that movement is important. We struggle because getting started feels overwhelming. There are too many options, too much information, and often not enough confidence to take the first step.


That's exactly why I created FREEDOM IN MOVEMENT Program. The hardest part of building a new habit is usually the first 3-4 weeks, which is why the program is set up as a one-month structure (and you can of course repeat afterwards). It is designed to give you a clear impulse to start and to stay consistent without overthinking. The program also includes a guided relaxation audio for deep rest and nervous system calming.
