Freedom in Movement was easy to follow and helped me stay consistent with daily movement. I noticed positive changes not only in my body, but also in my mindset. The Morning Energiser quickly became my favourite way to start the day.

I arrived at the yoga weekend feeling scattered after a month of traveling from place to place. I was looking forward to rest, slowing down, and reflection, and I got all of that during the weekend. I finally managed to slow my head down a bit, sort out my thoughts, and nicely stretch my whole body at the same time. I felt comfortable in the group, as if I had arrived at a cottage with people I had known for years. Thank you for creating such a wonderful atmosphere!

The yoga weekend definitely exceeded my expectations. After the weekend, carrying my heavy backpack felt much easier than on the way to the cottage, and that was definitely thanks to the daily practice and the hike in the mountains. Of course, that gave me a great feeling. I also went there intending to face my fear of social interactions, and I am genuinely happy with myself in that regard too; the weekend gave me a lot. I felt completely satisfied.

It was absolutely great! I was a little worried about what I was getting myself into, because I have a fantastic yoga instructor in Prague and I'm quite demanding because of that. But I had no reason to be critical! I also appreciate that you sensed the mood of the group and adjusted the difficulty of the lesson according to the current state, while still giving us just enough of a challenge to manage in that moment. Regarding the meditations, it was a new and very pleasant experience for me. And the overall atmosphere was another important part—the conversations during the hike, meals, or in the sauna. I haven't felt this calm in a long time, and it was wonderful.

Before arriving, I was a little nervous about how I would feel in the group and during the program itself. I was all the more surprised by how comfortable and safe I ultimately felt. The retreat was deeper and more powerful for me than I had expected, and I left feeling calm and hopeful for my daily functioning.

On Monday, I felt much more energetic than after a "normal" weekend, so it was clearly beneficial for me:) The main thing for me was that I got a good and thorough workout. I really like your approach!
