3. OWNERSHIP

ARGENTUM® and/or the original creators retain ownership of all original loops, samples, stems, MIDI files, drum sounds, textures, and other source material included in GOD BLESS MADERN — FREE VERSION.

You retain ownership of your own original contributions to any music you create using the included content.

Downloading GOD BLESS MADERN — FREE VERSION grants you a license to use the content under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the original source material.

4. REDISTRIBUTION IS PROHIBITED

You may not resell, share, leak, trade, sublicense, upload, or otherwise redistribute the original ARGENTUM® source files.

You may not:

• Include ARGENTUM® sounds in another sample pack
• Sell or distribute individual samples, loops, stems, or MIDI files
• Give the original files to another person
• Claim exclusive ownership of ARGENTUM® source material
• Register original ARGENTUM® content as your own
• Use ARGENTUM® content for AI or model training

Each person who wishes to access the original files must download their own licensed copy of GOD BLESS MADERN — FREE VERSION.

5. CONTENT ID

Content included in GOD BLESS MADERN — FREE VERSION is licensed non-exclusively.

You may not register ARGENTUM® loops, samples, stems, MIDI files, or minimally modified versions in:

• YouTube Content ID
• Meta Rights Manager
• Similar automated fingerprinting or rights-management systems

You may not use Content ID or any similar system in a way that creates claims against ARGENTUM® or other legitimate users of ARGENTUM® content.

6. COMMERCIAL LICENSE UPGRADE

If you create music using content from GOD BLESS MADERN — FREE VERSION and later wish to commercially release, monetize, sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit that music, you must obtain the applicable ARGENTUM® Commercial License before such commercial use begins.

Obtaining a commercial license does not grant exclusive ownership of the underlying ARGENTUM® source material.

All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement remain with ARGENTUM® and/or the original creators.
