These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of the ARGENTUM® website and digital products.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the ARGENTUM License Agreement and the ARGENTUM Refund Policy.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

ARGENTUM sells digital products, including sound kits, loop kits, drum kits, samples, MIDI files and related production tools.

Products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

No physical goods are shipped unless specifically stated.

2. PURCHASES

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

Prices and product contents may change at any time, but changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

Access to a product is granted only after successful payment.

3. LICENSE

Purchasing an ARGENTUM product does not transfer ownership of the underlying sounds or intellectual property.

Your purchase grants you only the rights described in the ARGENTUM License Agreement.

Your license may be linked to your:

- Email

- Order ID

- License Key

- Purchased Product

4. ACCOUNT & DOWNLOAD ACCESS

You are responsible for keeping your order information, account details and License Key secure.

You may not share download links, account access, License Keys or purchased source files with other people.

ARGENTUM may restrict access where fraud, unauthorized sharing, chargebacks or violations of these Terms are detected.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe each product, including its contents, formats and compatibility.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description before purchase and ensuring that the files are suitable for your software and workflow.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds are handled according to the ARGENTUM Refund Policy.

If an order is refunded, reversed or successfully charged back, access to the product and the associated license may be revoked.

7. PROHIBITED USE

You may not:

- Redistribute or resell ARGENTUM source files

- Share purchased products with others

- Attempt to bypass download or access restrictions

- Fraudulently obtain ARGENTUM products

- Misrepresent ARGENTUM products as your own

- Use the website or products for unlawful purposes

Additional restrictions relating to samples and music usage are described in the ARGENTUM License Agreement.

8. NO GUARANTEES

ARGENTUM provides creative tools and sound content.

We do not guarantee:

- Placements

- Streams

- Sales

- Revenue

- Record deals

- Commercial success

- Any specific creative or financial result

9. AVAILABILITY

We may update, replace or discontinue products or website features at any time.

We may also temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

10. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARGENTUM is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

ARGENTUM may update these Terms from time to time.

The Terms applicable to a purchase are the version in effect at the time the order is completed, unless otherwise required by law.
