By purchasing or downloading an ARGENTUM® product, you receive a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the included sounds in your own music.

Your license is linked to your Email, Order ID, License Key and Product.

1. ROYALTY-FREE USE

All ARGENTUM sounds are 100% royalty-free for standard commercial use.

You may use them in:

- Songs and beats

- Streaming releases

- Beat sales and leases

- YouTube and social media

- Client work

- Independent commercial releases

No additional royalties or license fees are owed to ARGENTUM for standard commercial use.

2. DRUMS & SOUND DESIGN

Drums, 808s, one-shots, FX, textures and drum MIDI are 100% royalty-free, including use in major commercial releases.

3. MELODIC LOOPS

Melodic loops, stems and melodic MIDI are licensed non-exclusively.

You may chop, edit, pitch, process, rearrange and commercially release music created with them.

You own your finished production and your own original contributions.

ARGENTUM and/or the original creator retain ownership of the original source material.

4. MAJOR PLACEMENTS

The standard royalty-free license covers normal independent and commercial use.

If an ARGENTUM melodic loop, stem or melodic MIDI is used in a Major Placement, please contact ARGENTUM to discuss the placement and any additional terms that may apply.

Major Placements include:

- Major-label releases

- Placements with major artists

- Major film or television placements

- Major advertising campaigns

- Major video-game placements

- Other comparable large-scale commercial placements

Any additional credit, licensing, publishing, royalty or other terms will be discussed and agreed separately in writing.

No additional terms apply unless agreed in writing.

Drums, one-shots, FX, textures and drum MIDI remain royalty-free.

5. YOU MAY NOT

You may not resell, share, leak, trade, sublicense or redistribute ARGENTUM source files.

You may not:

- Put ARGENTUM sounds into another sample pack

- Sell individual samples or loops

- Give the original files to another person

- Claim exclusive ownership of ARGENTUM source material

- Register original ARGENTUM sounds as your own

- Use ARGENTUM Content for AI or model training

Each person who wants access to the original ARGENTUM files must purchase their own license.

6. CONTENT ID

ARGENTUM Content is licensed non-exclusively.

You may not register ARGENTUM loops, samples, stems or minimally modified versions in:

- YouTube Content ID

- Meta Rights Manager

- Similar automated fingerprinting or rights-management systems

You may not use Content ID in a way that creates claims against other legitimate ARGENTUM customers.

7. LICENSE & OWNERSHIP

Purchasing an ARGENTUM product gives you a license to use the sounds — not ownership of the original sounds themselves.

The license belongs only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

If an order is refunded, successfully charged back or obtained fraudulently, the associated license may be terminated.

All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement remain with ARGENTUM and/or the original creators.
