Hey, I’m Lukas! A dedicated 16-year-old who pushes his limits every day. For almost 2 years, I’ve been perfecting my Home-base Fitness journey with a goal: achieving an aesthetic physique and be the strongest. I also call consider myself as a Hybrid Athlete - strong, explosive, and mobile all at once.

Even though I don't train over 10+ years, I’ve spent countless hours researching, testing, and refining my approach. I’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and how to train efficiently - whether you’re just starting or already experienced.

Through this website, I want to share my experience and help others level up their training. I'm here to prove you, that with hard work is possible anything!
