The finished hat is 16¾ (18¾, 20¾, 23)”/ 42.5 (47.5, 52.5, 58.5)cm around and 8¼ (9, 9¼, 9½)”/ 21 (23, 23.5, 24)cm deep. To fit with approximately 2”/5cm negative ease.
Materials:
Polka Dot Sheep Whitefish Worsted, 100% Superwash Merino Wool, 218y/199m; 100g/3.5 oz. ½ skein each of Whiskey Spring (MC) and Caverns (CC).
Tools:
US 7 (4.5mm) 16”/40cm circular and double pointed needles or needle size necessary to obtain gauge; US 6 (4mm) 16”/40cm circular, or size
smaller than gauge needle; stitch marker; tapestry needle, pompom maker.
Gauge:
