Faye Kennington makes her life on the remote western edge of Vancouver Island, in a place known to locals as “Ukee.” Stormy winters make an excellent excuse for throwing some logs on the wood stove and swatching away.

She is known for her colourwork designs and quick knits.

Faye attended Helen Lefeaux School of Fashion Design in her earlier years, and holds a diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Business Administration. Her combined interest in design, excel spreadsheet know-how, and passion for a pretty skein, have made a good basis for knit-wear design.

While she loves independent publishing, she has also designed knitting patterns for Interweave, Knit Picks, Knitrino and other third parties.

Please note that all items for sale are knitting patterns for digital download in .pdf format. Where descriptions are listed in English and Spanish, patterns will be available to purchasers in both languages. Otherwise, patterns are in English language only.
