Deep Frost is a crescent-shaped shawl that is knit from the bottom up and shaped with short rows. The construction elements and textured stitches are accentuated with contrast color yarn.

This shawl has a deeper body than its sister design Sunset Frost.

across straight top edge - 51 inches / 130 cm
neck to bottom edge - 20 inches / 50 cm

GAUGE

18 sts x 32 rows to 10cm/4in square over garter stitch on US #6 / 4 mm needles, blocked.
Gauge is not critical, but will affect yardage and final measurements.

MATERIALS

US #6 / 4 mm needles (32 inches / 80 cm - to accommodate all the stitches), or size to obtain gauge;
2 stitch markers;
tapestry needle
