Lore:
Scifer (cypher) is a human futuristic character hailing from the same world as rubix although in a different location. Suffering from paschal face paralisis on the upper half of her face. Scifier uses a hand gestor-based monitor to sync facial expressions to her emotions. She often works with her sibling soulfer to destabilize groups trying to lay claim to the area in which they live (a neutral zone).

Scifer and Soulfer are both models made for my cyber universe however they do fit in most scifi settings

Scifers Coat/jacket was a gift from there sibling ! its a modification on one of soulfers graffiti designs
