If you are nodding away to the majority of these then together, through the mindfulness course, we can work on how to approach these concerns using mindfulness practices and activities looking at our thought patterns, and soothing the nervous system, alongside introducing a daily habit of approaching ourselves in a kinder way.
Over the weeks together (whether it is the 4-week beginners course or the full 8 weeks) we will delve into understanding how and why our minds are full of thoughts and how we can settle the mind to help with clarity and creativity. Reflecting on our thoughts and understanding their impact allows us to investigate and integrate mindfulness into our day and enable us to approach our lives in a richer and more meaningful way.

The course is 2 hrs a week but if time is short we can adapt and run it over 1 hr a week for a longer period.
