Birdhouse Socks

I know all about those days when you just don't have the bandwidth for any complicated knitting. Sometimes you just want to sit down at the end of a busy day with something gentle and effortless that will allow you to relax and unwind. These straightforward socks, knit from the toe-up will provide that much needed relaxation. Knit in simple stocking stitch and finished with some uncomplicated lace, these socks are the perfect project for those days when you need to knit but not think.
