YOUR BRAND

Choose from 12 colour and font collections, or personalise colours and fonts. Add your studio name, logo, tagline, opening hours, contact details and booking link.

YOUR SERVICE MENU

Add, remove and reorder services, descriptions, appointment durations, starting prices and optional extras.

CREATE AND DOWNLOAD

Personalise 15 promotional designs, a service menu, loyalty and care cards. Add photos, adjust their position and zoom, edit text and prepare your preview. Download finished PNG images in square, portrait or Story/Status sizes, or use Print / Save PDF. Long designs may create multiple pages; check every page.

SHARE YOUR WORK

Copy an editable caption in one of three tones. Download your images for Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other platforms, or use your device share menu where supported. You choose the destination and finish posting yourself. The kit does not automatically publish or schedule posts.

BOOKING AND BUSINESS TOOLS

Add your existing booking website or WhatsApp enquiry link with a QR code; scan-test it before use. Prepare WhatsApp or email drafts using 12 client-message templates. Review and send messages in your chosen app. Includes a private ZAR cash tracker with CSV export. This is not an appointment-management or payment-processing system.

HOW ACCESS WORKS

1. Buy the kit for R299 using the Buy Now button. Complete payment through Paystack checkout.
2. Check your email for your purchase confirmation and access instructions.
3. Create your kit account using the same email address you used at checkout, then verify your email.
4. We approve your access manually within one business day after verifying payment. Access is not instant.
5. Once approved, sign in, personalise your designs and download your finished images.

Your once-off purchase includes lifetime online access for one business. Internet is required; a computer is recommended for designing.

All payments must go through our Payhip checkout. We do not accept manual bank deposits or arrange payments by DM or email.

SAVE AND REUSE

Choose Save my work to store your designs privately in your online account. Internet access is required. Photos, branding, saved designs and any cash records you enter are stored online using Cloudflare; Firebase handles account login. Client details entered in the message composer are temporary, unless you manually include them in saved template text. Keep private information out of public designs. Storage and service capacity limits apply; this is not unlimited storage.

ONE BUSINESS LICENCE

Lifetime access is for the original purchaser to use the kit for one business. Finished marketing designs can be downloaded and shared. Account access and the editable kit may not be resold, shared or transferred to other businesses. No editable HTML or kit ZIP is supplied with this online edition. No physical item is shipped. Use your own or licensed photos and check your prices and wording before publishing.
