Home Renovation Planner Kit: Budget Tracker Spreadsheet + 13 Printable Planning Pages
Plan your remodel, stay on budget, and keep every quote and decision in one place.
Renovations get expensive when the details live in your head, your texts and a pile of receipts. This kit puts everything in one place so you always know where your money is going and what still needs a decision.
Type in your budget and the spreadsheet does the math for you. You'll see estimated vs actual costs, whether you're over or under, your projected final cost, how much of your contingency is left, and what you've already paid. No formulas to write and no guessing.
The 13 printable pages cover the rest: room by room checklists, a side by side contractor quote comparison, a log for every finish and fixture you choose, and a timeline so you can see if the project is on track. Print them, punch them, and keep them in a binder with your quotes and paint chips.
Why homeowners like it

- Compare up to 4 contractor quotes on one page before you sign anything
- Track every deposit and payment, so you never pay twice or lose a receipt
- Keep selections (brand, model, finish, price, lead time) organized and easy to hand to your contractor
- Works in Excel or free in Google Sheets, with sample data so you can see how it works
