Whole Home Bundle: Renovation Planner Kit + Home Maintenance Tracker (Google Sheets, Excel and Printables)

Both kits in one download, from first quote to the next furnace filter.

Owning a home comes in two stages. First you fix it up, then you keep it running. This bundle gives you a simple system for both, in one download.

The Renovation Planner Kit keeps your project on budget. Type in your numbers and the spreadsheet shows estimated vs actual costs, your projected final cost and how much cushion is left. Printable pages help you compare contractor quotes, log every selection and keep the timeline on track.

The Home Maintenance Tracker takes over when the work is done. It comes with 44 common maintenance tasks already filled in and works out when each one is due next. It also tracks repairs, what you've spent, model and serial numbers, and when each warranty runs out.

A Start Here guide shows how the two kits fit together, so the new appliances and finished work from your renovation move straight into your maintenance records.
