Handmade and cast from recycled aluminum bronze, this pendant was created using a shrunken 3D scan of a human femur as the sand-casting pattern. The casting process captures the fine layered lines of the 3D print creating textures reminiscent of traditional cuttlefish casting. The finished form is then set in a hand-fabricated recycled silver earring, merging anatomy, technology, and refined craftsmanship.
