Grace is an interesting and differently shaped shrug. The sleeves are worked first; cast on at the edge of one cuff, work across the back and down to cast off at the end of the other cuff! The frill is then picked up and worked in the round to finish. The use of lace stitches in the frill makes this a beautiful and elegant shrug suitable for evening and day wear alike! The knitting pattern includes a schematic with measurements.
