Cascading sets of twin leaves make the most of a 165 gram five-color gradient set from Black Trillium Fibres (shawl), or a single 100g continuous gradient from Canon Hand Dyes (shawlette). This fingering weight shaw or shawlette begins at the leafy edging, then continues its way up through a short row crescent shaping. Two leaves adorn the top of the shawl, and are set off by a line of shell lace that adds a pop of unexpected color. Beads are optional, but highly recommended for sparkle and drape.
