HOW TO USE

Download and unzip. Choose A4 or US Letter to match your paper. Print at Actual Size / 100%, or Fit if your printer clips an edge. Test one page first. For fillable notes, use a PDF form reader, save a copy per order and close/reopen to check entries. Keep typed entries concise because long text may scroll and may not all print.

Sketch, swatch and add photos on paper or in a separate PDF annotation app. Photo frames are not upload fields. No Canva template link or editable PowerPoint source is included. Fonts are embedded. Printer, paper and apps are not included; annotation-app compatibility varies.
