THE DETAILS THAT HELP AT A REAL MARKET

Record each basket once, including several products and allocated discounts. Save the actual price and unit cost at the time of sale. Estimate payment fees per receipt, or enter the actual fee. Keep money refunded separate from sellable stock returned. Compare expected stock with your physical count, plan the next batch and reconcile the cash drawer including your opening float.

The Excel dashboard calculates net sales, receipts, expected drawer, stock balances, making time and contribution after recorded product costs, fees and event expenses. Contribution excludes tax, labour and unrecorded costs; an optional chosen labour value is shown separately. It is not an accounting or payment-processing system.

CHOOSE YOUR FORMAT

Excel has the automatic calculations. The PDF and Notion editions are manual organisers; they do not sync with each other or the workbook. You can use Excel or PDF without a Notion account. Notion requires a free account and internet access. Desktop is recommended for spreadsheet and Notion editing; Notion property values wrap tightly in a narrow browser. Use a form-capable PDF reader and test Save As before starting.

The workbook includes a fictional 16-receipt market and clear reset instructions. The Notion examples demonstrate a few records rather than the complete workbook event. Prepared Excel capacity: 200 receipts, 500 item rows, 100 returns, 50 SKUs and 100 production, expense and cash-movement rows. Archive and start a fresh event copy when full.
