Layouts and eye artwork are fixed; this is not a fully editable design template. Keep notes short and check Print Preview because long entries may scroll. Stock totals are entered manually.

HOW TO USE

Download and unzip. Choose matching A4 or US Letter paper. Start at Actual Size/100%, or use Fit if your printer clips an edge. Test one sheet first. For typing, use a PDF form reader, save a copy for each client/look and close/reopen to check entries.

Sketch and add your own photos on paper or in a separate PDF annotation app. Photo frames are not upload fields. No Canva template link or PowerPoint source is included. Fonts are embedded. Apps, printer and paper are not included; annotation-app compatibility varies.
