No gym? No problem! We have designed a programme for the senior rugby player taking into account the specific point of the season. This will help manage training demands and athlete loads while also trying to gain any possible adaptations at a given point of your season. It is accepted at this point, its highly unlikely to gain any new adaptations in strength or power. This programme is designed to manage later season fatigue levels by further reducing volume while keeping you sufficient stimulated.

Its important to keep up your S&C work at this stage as it helps you start in a better position for next season. 

Packed full of great exercises with easy to follow video demonstations. For best results this programme should be complete 1-2 times a week for 8 weeks.
