This is an intensive 6 week coaching experience for people who are serious about creating long term change in how they think, feel, communicate, and respond to life.
We work closely together throughout the 6 weeks to help you better understand your nervous system, behavioural patterns, emotional triggers, relationships, and coping mechanisms while building healthier ways of thinking and responding.
This is not passive coaching. It requires honesty, consistency, self reflection, and a willingness to apply the work in your everyday life.
All coaching is done online through voice or video call depending on what you feel most comfortable with.
What we will work on:
- Understanding the connection between your past experiences, nervous system, emotions, and behaviours
- Identifying unhealthy patterns, triggers, coping mechanisms, and survival responses
- Learning practical tools to regulate your mind and body
- Building healthier communication, boundaries, emotional awareness, and self trust
- Replacing reactive habits and behaviours with safer and more conscious responses
- Creating routines, strategies, and actions that support long term change
- Working through resistance, avoidance, self sabotage, and accountability
What you receive:
- One 1 hour coaching call every week for 6 weeks
- Ongoing messaging support Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm for guidance, accountability, questions, and support throughout the process
- A Monday morning voice message to help keep you focused, grounded, and prepared for the week ahead
- Personalised recommendations, tools, strategies, and nervous system support tailored specifically to you
- Supportive PDFs, exercises, reflection tools, and educational resources to help reinforce what we discuss and support your growth between sessions
- Guidance around lifestyle habits that can support your nervous system including movement, routines, stress reduction, food, and supplementation where appropriate
- Practical exercises and regulation tools to help calm the body, improve self awareness, and create safer behavioural patterns in everyday life
- A structured space for deeper reflection, accountability, growth, and behavioural change over the 6 week process
