Emergency Action Planning, Drills & After-Action Improvement is self-paced practical H.S.S. training for managers, supervisors, safety coordinators, small-business owners, facility teams, schools, churches, and nonprofit leaders. Learners complete real-world decision activities, seven knowledge checks, an application scenario, and a 25-question final assessment. A score of at least 85% is required. Successful learners receive a signed downloadable H.S.S. Certificate of Completion valid for 12 months. This educational course does not replace employer-specific requirements or third-party credentials.
