A CLOSED PLASTER SLC WITH WINDOW FOR WOUND CARE

We met this gentleman in an Austrian hospital as he was registering for follow-up treatment. We walk close to him and get our first glimpse of his cast.

(Un)fortunately, he has to wait in the queue for a few minutes, which only slowly clears up. He leans heavily on his crutches and tries to put very little weight on his injured foot even as he just stands there.

It is a very sexy circular SLC made of plaster on his right lower leg, which we can see particularly well because he is wearing shorts due to the very warm weather.

After registration we accompany him on his way to the casting area - the whole time on crutches. When he arrives in the waiting area, he sits down on a chair. We continue to observe him here too.

We meet him again as he is being released from the cast room. If you look closely you can see that the cast on the back of the foot is equipped with a window, probably to allow inspection of the surgical wound. The window is now no longer hidden with a bandage, but is secured by several strips.

We accompany him on his way out on crutches, where he calls a taxi. We use this time to take some photos and continue filming.

In the last scene we see him moving to the car and getting in.
