About Me - Tarnue David D2 Sprinter in MN
I'm Tarnue, and I built these programs for athletes just like me.
In high school, I was that kid who wanted to be great but had no clue where to start. I ran 14.5 in the 100m and 30.2 in the 200m as a freshman. My senior year, I had only dropped to 11.8 and 22.9. I still felt like I was falling behind—but deep down, I knew I had more in me.
The turning point came when Coach Eric looked me in the eyes and said,
"You’re ʟɪᴍɪᴛʟᴇꜱꜱ💫."
One year later, as a freshman in college, I ran 10.6 in the 100m and 21.6 in the 200m.
Now, I'm taking everything I’ve learned—from sprint training, weightlifting, recovery, mindset, and more—and giving it back to you in a way that’s elite, accessible, and real.
This isn’t generic training you can find anywhere. These are the exact workouts, insights, and structures I wish someone handed me when I was in high school. I’m here to bridge the gap—between where you are now and the athlete you know you can be.
