Mia Editorial Assistant (Self-Appointed)

Mia joined the team uninvited and has shown no interest in leaving. She brings a bold editorial approach to every workday, most notably a signature keyboard technique that has successfully shut down the computer on multiple occasions. Whether this is feedback on the work in progress remains unclear.

Her office hours, which always start with breakfast, are 5:30am sharp, enforced via direct bladder pressure. She does not negotiate on timing.

As a self-described chonky creative tabby, Mia prefers to review content from a horizontal position, ideally on top of whatever you were just working on. Her attention to detail is selective but intense, as shown by her recent multi-week investigation into a mouse situation she ultimately resolved through a catch and release program of questionable design.

When not disrupting active deadlines, Mia can be found sleeping through them instead. She is widely believed to be one opposable thumb away from full independence, at which point she will probably fire everyone and just order her own breakfast.
