Psychological Recovery Indicator

A scored indicator tool that assesses how far an organisation has genuinely recovered psychologically from a crisis, not just operationally. It produces a Recovery Health Index and a band rating, updated instantly as scores are entered.

Leaders score 25 statements on a 0–4 scale (0 = Not yet, 4 = Fully true) across five dimensions. The tool calculates a percentage health score for each dimension and an overall Recovery Health Index, which sits in one of four bands: Fragile, Recovering, Stabilising, or Healthy.
