Project Quality Plan - Template and Worked Example (ISO 10005 / ISO 9001)
The project quality plan clients actually ask for - a BS EN ISO 10005:2018 structured template and a complete worked example for an M&E package, so you are editing, not authoring.
Most subcontract PQPs are a rebadged quality manual that says nothing about the project. Principal contractors reject them because they cannot see who does what, which ITPs apply, or when materials will arrive. This one answers those questions section by section.
What you get (2 Word documents):
- PQP-001 Project Quality Plan - Template. Every section carries guidance on what to write and what the reviewer is looking for: scope and interfaces, project organisation and named responsibilities, document and drawing control, design interface, procurement and long-lead items, materials receipt and storage, ITP register, inspection and test, nonconformity and concessions, records, commissioning and handover, and the quality risk register.
- NBP-CME-PQP-014 Project Quality Plan - Worked Example. The same plan completed for an M&E subcontract package on a commercial fit-out: named roles, the ITP register listing the thirteen M&E ITPs from our ITP Starter Pack, procurement lead times, hold points and the handover deliverables schedule.
Why it works: the structure follows ISO 10005:2018 (guidelines for quality plans) so it maps cleanly to an ISO 9001 system; every procedure and form it references exists in our ISO 9001 Construction QMS, and every ITP it lists exists in our ITP packs - the whole range is one consistent system.
