This is an 8-panelled 'jumps' pattern (with shoulder straps) inspired by an original 1730-50 design (https://collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O360230/jumps-unknown/) in Sizes (UK) 8 -26 (US 4 - 22), waist 25-42''/ 64-106cm, bust 31.5-49''/ 80-127cm. It is sparsely boned and quilting is recommended to give added rigidity. Cosy, warm and designed for relaxing eighteenth century style!

INCLUDES A 28 PAGE DOCUMENT OF CORSET CONSTRUCTION AND FITTING NOTES!

This pattern is drafted in AutoCAD and available as an instant download - you will need to print out on size letter (A) or A4 paper, making sure 'actual size' and 'centre the print' is ticked in your print dialogue box. If you are using Adobe reader as your PDF Previewer you can hide any sizes and lines not required. If not, a simple seamline only pattern is given. Both patterns are nested and seam allowances are not included.

See the photo for measurements.

Hip size not stated as the tabs are designed to splay over the hips/skirt.

It is recommended that you make a toile to the largest of your measurements to check the fit of the pattern – at this stage you can take in the smaller of your measurements, lengthen if need be and transfer these amendments to your pattern to ensure perfect fitting jumps.

Please take a look at my website www.corsetsbycaroline.co.uk where I have lots of information about corset making and where it is more cost-effective to buy this design (non EU countries only sorry).
