A household budget for two people with two accounts and possibly two entirely different feelings about money. It splits shared costs, says exactly who moves what, and turns the monthly conversation into a checklist.

Two modes. Proportional means each of you covers the share your income represents, with incomes typed once on Setup and appearing nowhere else in the file. Fixed means you agree two amounts and type them, and no income is required at all. Switch modes whenever you like; everything re-derives.

THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS

Nothing here assumes merged finances. Every shared cost records who actually pays it, A, B or the shared account, and whatever a person pays directly counts toward their share. What comes out at the bottom is a single settle-up line: one number, one direction, and that is the only money that has to move. The Money Meeting tab is the other half of the product. It logs the date you held it, because the habit of sitting down once a month is worth more than any formula in this file.

Works in Microsoft Excel 2016 and later, and in Google Sheets. No app, no account, no bank connection. Incomes are optional: in Fixed mode the file never asks for them. Amounts in USD. Digital download, all sales final.
