Subscription Audit
A subscription list that makes the numbers comparable, for anyone who suspects the total is bigger than it feels.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual charges are all annualised to one figure, then divided by how many times a month you actually use the thing. What comes back is a cost per use, a verdict on each row, and twelve months of forward charges with a running total.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Start Here — how the file works and which cells are yours
Subscriptions — name, amount, cycle, start date; per year, per month and next charge date calculate from those four
Cost per Use — your honest usage count set against the annual cost
Renewal Calendar — what leaves your account each month for the next year, with a running total
THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS
A monthly price is designed not to feel like anything. Fourteen euros a month is a number you stop seeing. €168 a year for something you open twice a month is €7 a go, and that is a number you can argue with. The verdict column flags anything costing more than €5 per use and names anything you never opened. Mark a row Cancel and its annual cost joins the saving total — only cancellations count, because a downgrade saves something the sheet cannot measure, and an inflated headline is worse than a smaller true one.
