This ebook contains everything you need to get started including 40 seriously simple recipes, my store cupboard essentials and my personal tips for adopting a plant-focused diet. There is everything from speedy breakfasts and packed lunches through to sweet treats, quick dinners and longer show-stopper meals! It is basically my personal collection of plant-based recipes which I have loved making over the past few years, ones which allow me to feel fuelled, nourished and satisfied.
The recipes are diverse and cater to all palates, from healthy cookie dough through to indulgent vegan sausage rolls!
My ultimate goal with Eat More Plants is to make plant-based eating more accessible, simple and enjoyable by providing time-efficient delicious recipes using readily available ingredients. Each recipe comes with substitutions and optional extras, to allow for ease when your store cupboard isn’t fully stocked. There are also nutritional tips for every dish, to help you understand the benefits of the ingredients you’re using!
